Construction professionals looking for expert roofing subcontractors

OVERVIEW
The Challenge
On a live build the roof sits directly on the critical path. Until the structure is dried in, drywall, electrical and mechanical crews all wait, and a single lost week compounds through every trade behind it. General contractors describe the same pattern to us repeatedly: a roofing sub who quotes competitively, then arrives short-handed, disappears mid-deck for a fortnight, or leaves a flashing detail that fails inspection. Carrying that risk while holding a completion date the client has already been given is the real difficulty.

We work as a dedicated roofing subcontractor for builders and general contractors, with crews assigned to one project rather than split across three. Submittals, fastener patterns and flashing details are agreed before mobilisation, so nothing stalls at inspection. Site supervisors get a short daily progress note, and we sequence around framing, mechanical penetrations and scaffold availability instead of against them.
This site covered three separate roof planes on a phased handover, with mechanical curbs set by another trade. The programme required each block to be dried in as framing completed, rather than waiting on the full structure.
“Builders lose money when the roof slips. We work as a dedicated subcontractor with assigned crews, agreed details and a fixed dry-in sequence, so interior trades start on schedule and the work passes inspection first time.”
